Our pricing is completely transparent and tailored to the property type. For our regular monthly absentee management checks, the rate is £60.00 per month for apartments/flats and £120.00 per month for houses.

These reactive or emergency visits are simply charged separately at an affordable hourly rate.

For our Regular Housekeeping and End-of-Tenancy services, we kindly require that clients provide the cleaning materials, products, and appliances on-site. This ensures we use the exact products you prefer for your specific home surfaces. Wherever possible, we highly advocate the use of eco-friendly, bleach-free products to protect the environment and your household health.
How do your invoicing and payment terms work?
For regular housekeeping clients, we issue a detailed monthly invoice at the end of the period, with payment comfortably due within 7 days. For one-off deep cleans and End-of-Tenancy bookings, invoices are settled on the day of completion via cash or an advance bank transfer.
