To ensure a fair and accurate estimate, we prefer to visit your premises first to assess the size, layout, and any specialist care your property may need. This allows us to provide a bespoke quote for regular weekly, fortnightly, or monthly care.

Important Booking Notes

• Client Materials: For all regular and end-of-tenancy services, clients must provide the cleaning products and equipment.
• Pet Friendly: Hours and final quotes may vary for households with pets.
• Site Visits: Timescales listed below are the baseline minimums and may be adjusted following a property assessment.

Regular Domestic Cleaning & Housekeeping

Hourly Rate: £25.00 per hour (Includes full public liability insurance)

Minimum Hourly Requirements (Based on 1 cleaner):

• Studio Flat: Minimum 2 hours
• 1 Bedroom Flat/House: Minimum 3 hours
• 2 Bedroom Flat/House: Minimum 4 hours
• 3 Bedroom Flat/House (2 Bathrooms): Minimum 5 hours
• 4 Bedroom Flat/House (3–4 Bathrooms): Minimum 6 hours

Pre-Tenancy & End of Tenancy Cleaning

Thorough, top-to-bottom sanitisation designed to secure deposit returns.

• Studio Flat: From £150.00
• 1 Bedroom (1–2 Bathrooms) Flat: From £180.00
• 2 Bedroom (1–2 Bathrooms) Flat: From £225.00
• 3 Bedroom (1–2 Bathrooms) Flat: From £285.00
• 4 Bedroom (1–2 Bathrooms) Flat: From £350.00
• 5 Bedroom (1–2 Bathrooms) Flat: From £450.00

Property Surcharges & Add-ons:

• Property Type: Add £20.00 if the property is a house rather than a flat.
• Weekends: All bookings scheduled for Saturday or Sunday incur a £30.00 weekend surcharge.

Vacant Property Care & Absentee Management

Standard Service Rates:

• Apartments / Flats: £60.00 per month
• Houses: £120.00 per month

Ad-Hoc Requests:

• Waiting for deliveries or overseeing contractors are charged separately by the hour.

Payment Terms

• Regular Domestic Clients: Invoiced monthly. Payment due within 7 days of invoice date.
• Tenancy Clients: Invoices issued on the day of service. Cash settled on-site upon completion, or cleared bank transfer before work begins.
