Every client’s property is different and will have different requirements, we therefore like to first visit our client’s premises to see the size of the property and assess how much cleaning it may need or if specialist treatments are needed. This helps us to make a fair assessment for both the client and ourselves when quoting the time needed for regular weekly cleaning services, One-Off, Spring or After Party Cleaning Services.
We require that our clients provide the materials for Pre/End Tenancy, Regular, One-Off, Spring, After Party and After Renovation Cleaning Services.
Please note that the hours and prices quoted may differ for clients who have pets.

| House Sitting | For UK permanent residents -
Service Rate will be £30 per week. For overseas clients who need us to check over the property all year round - Service Rate will be £120.00 Month. Any additional services like house sitting for repairs, deliveries, maintenaces and so on maybe charged separately by the hour. |

Payment Methods
For our Regular Domestic Cleaning, clients receive a monthly invoice detailing services carried out for the period and the amount owed. Payment is due within 7 days after receiving your monthly invoice.Clients for One-Off / Spring / End of Tenancy services will receive an invoice on the day of the clean and cash payment needs to be made on the day, or if by bank transfer before the start of the service.
